All accomodation is available all year round and is let on a weekly basis. Apartments 1, 4, 5, 6,Penthouse 7 and the Townhouse are available from Saturday to the following Saturday. Apartments 2, 3 and Penthouse 8 is available from Friday to the following Friday. In some cases it may be possible to be flexible with a changeover day, please contact us to enquire.
Depending on availablility it may be possible to accomodate shorter breaks. Please contact us with any enquiries about short break holidays including weekends.
Check in time is 4pm - this is necessary to allow adequate time to clean your accommodation prior to your arrival to ensure you have as comfortable a stay as possible.
Check out time is 10.00am. It is necessary for us to adhere to this time to prepare for new arrivals. For short term or mid week stays, it may be possible to extend this if no other guests are waiting for access.
Multiple week stays
If more than one consecutive week is booked, towels and linen will be changed on a weekly basis. This will be done on the morning of the normal changeover day for each apartment after 10am.
There is a private off street car park with space for one vehicle per apartment. Guests are asked to display the provided parking permits in their vehicles whilst parked.
We operate a strict no smoking policy throughout the accommodation. We greatly appreciate if all guests respect this and refrain from smoking anywhere in the building.
We regret that we do not have the facility to accommodate any pets.
We require 30% deposit to reserve your stay with us. This is payable on booking. Deposits are non-refundable on cancellations less than 60 days prior to check in date. We will refund deposits on cancellations made more than 60 days before check in date minus a £60.00 handling charge per property.
The balance is payable 30 days prior to check in date (this is non refundable on cancellation), as well as a security deposit of £100 for each apartment booked. This security deposit is refundable within 7 days of departure either to the card used to make the booking or by cheque - provided that the accommodation has been left in a clean and tidy condition without damages.
You are expected to pay for the time reserved whether or not you are able to stay the entire time.
Guests are responsible for the Property during the period of rental and are expected to take reasonable care of it. You are expected to leave the property in the same state of cleanliness, general repair and the order in which it was found. Any additional cleaning costs or charges for damage and breakages for which you are liable will be deducted from the deposit and the balance refunded within seven days.
All major credit cards are accepted.
We reserve the right to gain access for all reasonable purposes.
We would be grateful if you could inform us of any significant breakages or damage to the accommodation or its contents prior to departure. This will allow us to make provision for our new arrivals. Not reporting accidental breakages or damage may result in loss of your security deposit.
Please Note: Although we always endeavour to honour every booking, we reserve the right to cancel in the case of the property being damaged or becoming otherwise unsuitable to accommodate your holiday. If this occurs, all moneys paid will be returned. If any additional costs are incurred this will be a matter for your holiday insurance arrangements.
We strongly suggest you have adequate holiday insurance before you begin your trip.
